Jan 17 late... kids are off to join their sister in England for a week...despite a cold, and a late leaving because of the plane going off the runway at Heathrow today, they are ok, and happy to be going.

I am going to make a special baby gift, and have decided on the duck dress from Baby Ull, Dale baby book #139. I found it online, but I have decided to start collecting Dale baby books, for future grandchildren needs. Does anyone have any Dale Baby pattern books that they no longer want? I will pay a good price for them.

I am making the little dress with the duck on the front of the jumper. It's adorable, although we will make it in a darker blue than the pastel it is shown in. Maybe the seaform turquoise... since the mama does not love pastels.

Excited. Now to finish my CHristmas mitten.
