Tillers International is a non profit organization which teaches classes in rural and historical skills. We have added a spinning class to our line-up and need to procure about 4 wheels. We would like wheels good for beginners, and within $400, although if you are looking for a tax benifit, you can consider donating your wheel or other tools.
